Can you meet all our cleaning requirements?

Absolutely! We meet the cleaning needs of a wide range of companies large and small, in almost ever area of activity. We would be happy to discuss your requirements and give you a quote.

Is it easy to change my cleaning contract to you without unnecessary disruption?

Our dedicated account teams will accompany you every step of the way. We have many years experience of migrating customers from existing providers to us with no disruption to service. We will get to know how you work and what you require nd tailor and implement our services accordingly.

Do you practice TUPE?

We have a lot of experience in TUPE and all issues surrounding the transfer of incumbent staff will be dealt with professionally and sensitively.

If I switch contractor to you because I’ am un happy with the existing staff or supervisor, how will performance improve if the out going contractors staff stay on?

Under TUPE the incoming contractor is obliged to take over and mange the outgoing contractors entire cleaning crew. Precision handles this process pro actively by providing staff training to all staff laying down clear objectives and dealing with performance issues in line with standard company procedures.

What training does your staff undergo?

Development of our staff is the most critical part of our focus on outstanding service.

Our training programmes provide: -

  • Detailed site specific work schedules
  • Confirmation of scheduled task check list

Are you fully insured?

Yes we are fully insured, we have comprehensive insurance, £10 million employer’s liability, £10 million public/service liability and £10 million cover for Asbestos removal insurance. Copies of the certificates are available upon request.
